Returns are only available for 30 Days after receipt.

There are NO returns on Special Order Items, Custom Built Products, and or any item designated as "No Cancellations or Returns". 

You must contact A10 Moto prior to sending product back so that we may issue an RMA number for you to affix to your package.

Standard Return: (Customer did not use product and no longer wants it)

To be eligible for a "Standard Return", your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged, broken, altered or installed products are not acceptable under "Standard Return Terms and Conditions.

ALL Standard Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the cost of original shipping incurred by A10 Moto to get it to you. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 NOTE: If Free Shipping Was granted on Original Order, this was free based on the agreement to pay for product and complete purchase. If Customer elects to return product, Any Shipping costs incurred by A10 Moto to ship Original Outbound Product "Freight Costs" Will / May Be deducted from any returned and or credit. 

Warranty Returns / Exchanges: 

(Customer used and or installed parts and wants to return it. 

To be eligible for a "Warranty Return" contact A10 Moto with any issue that you may have with one or more of our products. In some cases pictures will be needed send to Info@A10Moto.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue with product. In most cases we will send a replacement product for any defective product. 

Used or Installed parts that are NOT Defective will NOT be returnable.

  • A10 Moto reserves the right to replace any defective parts within its warranty period. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you as to the status of your return. 

Once your item is inspected and meets the required return conditions, We process your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days.

Return Shipping Costs: 

A10 Moto will cover the cost of shipping items back on warranty claims. 
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

NOTE: We strongly advise you to package any products being returned very well with paper or foam. We are NOT responsible for damage that occurs in shipping. 
Regardless if an RMA is issued to your for return. Products must be receive to us in original NEW condition. Damaged products will not be accepted for return.
